Order Processing

All Ball Under Designs products are made to order using our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful.

  • Production Time: Most items are processed and fulfilled within 2–7 business days after you place your order.

  • Because each item is made just for you, production times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times & Rates

Shipping time is in addition to the fulfillment time mentioned above.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.


Shipping Carriers

Printful ships orders using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other regional postal services. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received tracking information within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [your support email] with your order number.


International Shipping, Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country’s customs agency. These fees are not included in the product or shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.

Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

Returned or Undeliverable Packages
